Nirav Dagli has 13 years of experience advising and supporting domestic and international Fortune 1000 businesses. He has worked with Cleary & Co. for over 5 years on various consulting engagements. Current client responsibilities include diversified financial services companies, private equity firms and hedge funds with investments in financial services.

Mr. Dagli has had a leadership role in numerous re-engineering projects (including acquisitions, carve-outs and outsourcing) in which Mr. Dagli
identified and implemented operational improvements to reduce unit costs
by up to 20-40%

• Operations Functions: financial services transactions processing, licensing and appointments, customer service, insurance new business, risk assessment, mutual funds

Mr. Dagli has supported over 20 transaction initiatives from due diligence to negotiation to integration. Most recently, Mr. Dagli successfully completed a transnational merger integration in the insurance industry with operations in US, Canada, and Asia, emphasizing back-office processing and corporate overhead functions.

Previously, Mr. Dagli worked in the Rapid Prototyping Group at the MITRE Corporation. Mr. Dagli has an MS in Electrical Engineering and has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Signal Processing at Boston University
